I was thrust into management in 2002 and later became a recruiter in 2015. What I’ve consistently found throughout my experience as a recruiter and hiring manager is that the best candidates often have the worst resumes. Unfortunately, it’s not the most qualified person who wins an interview, but rather the ones that communicate the clearest in their resume.
