I’ve spent the past 10 years in Talent Acquisition.
Throughout that time, I’ve reviewed tens of thousands of resumes and worked with hundreds of employers, and thousands of hiring managers. Few people have the diversity of hiring and recruiting experience that I do.
In 2019 I started my own consulting firm and have worked with dozens of recruiting firms, consulting on everything from candidate attraction to business development, and recruiting workflow optimization.
