How to Become a Coach on Optim
Getting Started
Whether you’ve been coaching for years or you are just getting started, we want to hear from you. The first step is to sign up to become a coach.
You’ll start by completing a brief questionnaire about your background which is then reviewed by our onboarding committee.
Vetting
Following the submission of your questionnaire, an Optim representative will reach out to you to schedule an informal interview. We want to get to know you as a person, who your target market is, and make sure that our platform really is the best fit for you. While we have a diverse base of readers and customers, we do have concentrations in certain niches.
Onboarding
You’ll work one-on-one with a member of our team to onboard you. You’ll get acquainted with our back office system, create a profile, and work with our marketing support team to plan out content with the highest ROI.
Contribute
We’ll be with you every step of the way as you work with our editorial team to write content that showcases your expertise to our readers. Our editors will ensure your content is set up to maximize conversions with strategically placed links and advertisements that point to your services.
Occasionally we invite selected coaches to work with our editorial team to create course content as well, providing you with another source of revenue. If you already have a course and want to promote it on Optim Careers, let your onboarding expert know and they’ll direct you to someone who can review it and discuss launching it on our platform.
