About Mihai
I’ve been working for companies like Boeing, Medtronic, and several startups in early-stage growth for the past 18 years. I’ve had the pleasure of working across multiple industries at many different stages in their growth journey. My success has been because I’m strategic, numbers-focused, hands-on in the trenches and a realist. I’ve always viewed my role as an executive or coach as one of a business partner and mentor that helps everyone center on bottom-line results. I love challenges and I’m eager to help you work through yours.
My core expertise lies in financial restructuring and integration, process and procedure implementation, financial modeling and analysis, annual operating plans, audit support, mergers & acquisitions, due diligence preparation, IPO preparation and IFRS conversions, and manufacturing accounting. Oh, and I love a good business expansion project.
I view life as an exercise in learning - it never ends. I’m always striving to be a better leader and mentor in the pursuit of excellence. One of my favorite things is to see the light in someone else’s eyes as they grasp a new concept explained.
When I’m not mentoring others, you can find me spending time with my family and volunteering my time mentoring youth. I also play the guitar, and I’d love to jam after a session.

If you ever have the chance to work with Mihai, you are in for a treat. Every time I have managed budgetary needs, negotiated serious contracts, altered the impossible contracts, and much more, I always reflect on the many things he has educated me about and empowered me to do.
